Perfect walking technique misses the point

 

We recently saw a prominent health and fitness practitioner post about “proper walking technique”. They advocated the proper placement of the knee relative to the foot as the foot first touches the ground while walking. In this episode we ask a simple question. “What would that look like while walking through the bush?” The answer hints at a challenging notion.
