Nature can teach bioretention 2
We are back for more bioretention lessons from nature.
Today we’re coming to you from Griffith Uni. I have been fortunately enough to guest lecture a few times out at Griffith’s Nathan campus. When you’re talking stormwater treatment, Griffith is a good spot to be because there is a really useful path through some bushland at the uni which demonstrates super clearly how we can learn about how plants grow by observing them in nature. We can them in turn take this lesson back to our work managing stormwater.
BTW – If you missed it, here’s where you can check out episode one.
